Alikes
This is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of the island. It is located centrally on the south-west coast of the island with a view of Sithonia peninsula. It offers easy transportation by car or by boat. On Alikes beach you can also enjoy a meal in one of the reastaurants on the site.

Karagatsia
Karagatsia beach is located on the north-west coast of Ammouliani, approximately 2 kilometers away from the village. Karagatsia is the local name for elm trees, which surround the area. You can find on site umbrellas, sun beds, as well as a cantine.

Kalopigado
Kalopigado beach is located between Alikes beach and Karagatsia beach. This is a tranquil beach, ideal for relaxation and within a short distance from the port of the island. Kalopigado is popular for its warm water and its fine dark sand. Once you visit do not forget to look for sea shells- there are quite a lot!

Megali Ammos
Megali Ammos is the southernmost beach of Ammouliani, located on the south-east coast. This beach is covered in golden sand, like all of the beaches on the island. On the beach you can find umbrellas and seating areas, as well as a cantine, where you can enjoy a refreshment by the sea.

Agios Georgios
Agios Georgios (Saint George) beach is located on the eastern coast of Ammouliani Island, with a view of Ouranoupoli. The beach is accessible either by car or by boat. On the road, while going there, you can find some other smaller beaches, as well as some traditional restaurants.

Faka
If you’re looking for crowds and beach bars then this beach is definitely not for you! Your only companions will be the sun, the sea and the sound of the waves marking the delightfully slow passage of time. If you like fishing, Faka is definitely worth your while. The beach is located to the northeast of the main village and is ideal for moments of absolute peace and quiet.

Tsaska
A small, quiet and very clean sandy beach, located to the north of the main village. Ideal for lovers of solitude and relaxation. Getting there by car is not recommended. Olive trees and thick clumps of reeds offer welcome protection from the hot sun.

Drenia Islands
The Drenia islands are nearby Ammouliani`s east coast. The islets took their name from the largest island area, the Drenia. The other smaller islands have names like Feti, Penna, Artemis etc. In the islands you will find beautiful shallow sandy beaches with magnificent island scenery and cliffs. Also a beach bar is available for tourists to enjoy meals and cold drinks.You can reach Drenia islands only by sea with private or rented boat.
